Wildfire Relief Pet Care Day – Día de cuidado de mascotas para aliviar los incendios forestales

On Sunday, February 9, our Better Neighbor Project is joining Support and Feed’s community event at Iglesia Adventista Del Septimo Dia in Pasadena, CA, where we will come together with Community Animal Medicine Project, Cena Vegan, Anaheim Prancing Pups Mobile to provide pets affected by the LA Wildfires with veterinary care, grooming services, pet food and supplies, and pet owners with warm plates.
The event is from 12pm – 4pm and is first come, first serve, and wellness services are limited to the first 75 pets. Veterinary care provided by the Community Animal Medicine Project includes exams, vaccines and preventatives, and treatment for minor injuries and burns wounds for dogs and cats. Anaheim Prancing Pups Mobile will offer dog baths, sanitary cuts, ear cleanings, and basic hygiene services while supplies last. In addition, our team will distribute pet food, register microchips, and offer engraved ID tags.

El domingo 9 de febrero, nuestro Proyecto Mejor Vecino se unirá al evento comunitario de Support and Feed en la Iglesia Adventista Del Séptimo Día en Pasadena, CA, donde nos uniremos con Community Animal Medicine Project, Cena Vegan y Anaheim Prancing Pups Mobile para brindar a las mascotas afectadas por los incendios forestales de Los Ángeles atención veterinaria, servicios de aseo, alimentos y suministros para mascotas, y platos calientes a los dueños de mascotas.
El evento es de 12:00 p. m. a 4:00 p. m. y se otorga por orden de llegada y los servicios de bienestar están limitados a las primeras 75 mascotas. La atención veterinaria brindada por el Proyecto Comunitario de Medicina Animal incluye exámenes, vacunas y tratamientos preventivos para lesiones menores y quemaduras para perros y gatos. Anaheim Prancing Pups Mobile ofrecerá baños para perros, cortes sanitarios, limpieza de oídos y servicios básicos de higiene hasta agotar existencias. Además, nuestro equipo distribuirá alimentos para mascotas, registrará microchips y ofrecerá etiquetas de identificación grabadas.
