SUMMARY:Pet Wellness Day
DESCRIPTION:Since its inception in 2020\, Michelson Found Animal Foundation Better Neighbor Project (BNP) has served over 86\,000 pets throughout LA County. On Saturday\, September 14\, BNP will partner with Councilmember Eunisses Hernandez to host a Pet Wellness Day event where organizations are brought together to provide pet wellness services\, free pet food\, surrender prevention\, and other educational resources and offerings.  \nThe event is open to the public\, with APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED for services requested in advance. The appointment-based services are wellness (i.e.\, microchips and vaccinations) and a limited number of spay and neuter appointments. Other pet resources and supplies (i.e.\, Pet ID tag sign-ups\, collars\, leashes\, etc.) and resources for pet owners will also be available to all.
