He's good with people, he's friendly, not aggressive, but he's never been loved nor been in a loving home; he hasn't been cuddled or petted.  So if you reach for him he runs away.  It will take him time to trust and accept love.He runs away from being leashed, though he will give in somewhat once he's leashed.  Any foster must go slow because he seems to be figuring life out right now.Before he was rescued from the shelter, Shorty was variously called Ice, Fluffybutt, and Tofu.
