Shelter now 'one-stop shop'
In the latest push to help pet owners spay and neuter their pets at affordable prices, Clinico, a non-profit pet clinic, is now up and running on the grounds of the Harbor Care Animal Center, 957 N. Gaffey St., San Pedro.
