Alliance for Contraception in Cats & Dogs (ACC&D)

ACC&D supports distribution and promotion of non-surgical sterilization for cats and dogs. Since October, 2008 ACC&D has served in an advisory capacity for the Foundation’s Michelson Prize & Grants in Reproductive Biology program. The overarching goal of ACC&D and the Michelson Prize is to humanely manage dog and cat populations worldwide through non-surgical sterilization.

AngelDogs Foundation

AngelDogs operates a mobile surgical unit, providing high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter and educational services to needy populations in Los Angeles and Kern Counties. Since January 2009 Found Animals® has provided AngelDogs with ongoing financial and strategic support including a startup funding grant and complimentary microchips.

FixNation

FixNation and Found Animals® have banded together in the fight against homeless cats in Los Angeles. FixNation works to stabilize these feral populations through trap-neuter-return programs. With a high-volume spay/neuter facility dedicated primarily to feral cats, FixNation is the only organization of its kind in the United States.

Los Angeles Animal Services

Los Angeles Animal Services manages animal control operations and adoption services for the City of Los Angeles, operating six shelters open to the public. Found Animals® has partnered with Los Angeles Animal Services to spread the “Adopt, Don’t Shop” message through adoption events and LIVE Cams.

Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care & Control (LACDACC)

LACDACC is the largest animal regulation agency in the US, operating six animal shelters, providing adoption and animal control services to unincorporated areas of the County and residents in 50 contract cities. LACDACC is a Microchip Program partner and has received approximately 80,000 complimentary microchips from Found Animals® since 2006.

Love Your Pets

Love Your Pets has been working to provide high quality, low cost pet ID tags and promote responsible pet ownership since 1987. Putting identification on your pet is the single most important thing a pet owner can do to be reunited with a lost pet.

PetSmart Charities

In 2008, Found Animals® pledged $1 million to PetSmart Charities' Spay Los Angeles Initiative. PetSmart Charities is working to reduce the number of animals euthanized in shelters by funding low-cost spay/neuter services in Los Angeles City and County. Southeast Area Animal Control Authority (SEAACA)

SEAACA is a private organization providing animal control and adoption services to several communities in the Los Angeles area. SEAACA and Found Animals® have teamed up to host adoption events, including My Furry Valentine and to broadcast a continuous rotation of shelter animals through the Found Animals® LIVE Cam. SEAACA is also a Microchip Program partner and have received more than 10,000 complimentary microchips since 2006.

Spay Neuter Project LA (SNP LA)

SNP LA works to reduce animal shelter intake by providing low-cost spay/neuter services to underserved communities in the Los Angeles area. Beginning in 2008, SNP LA plans to open seven clinics in Los Angeles over the next five years as part of the PetSmart Charities Spay Los Angeles Initiative. Together, Found Animals®, PetSmart Charities, and SNP LA hope to minimize shelter euthanasia through affordable, accessible spay/neuter services. Found Animals® has provided SNP LA with ongoing financial and strategic support including a startup funding grant and complimentary microchips since 2008.

The Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society

The City and County of Santa Fe outsource their animal control and sheltering needs to the Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society. Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society is the largest shelter in the northern region of the State, providing care for over 6,000 stray and relinquished animals each year. In 2009, Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society became a Microchip Program partner.

Zoom Room

The Zoom Room is an eco-friendly indoor training center that practices only positive-reinforcement dog training and is committed to responsible pet ownership. Dog agility, practiced recreationally, is the perfect bonding experience for an owner and dog.
