Cat Adoption, Dog Adoption, Fostering, Just for Fun
Found Animals has grown a lot since last years Take Your Dog to Work Day. On any given day we have a whole lot of dogs that accompany their humans to the office and now we even have several cats that have joined us! Since it is currently kitten season (and puppy season too) we also have a bunch of really cute fosters in the office.
We wanted to share a photo album and introduce all the pets that we look forward to seeing each day as well introduce the ones we are caring for until they are ready to go to the Cat Adoption Center or Adopt & Shop in a few weeks. Happy Take your Dog to Work Day!
Snickers was a puppy wearing a cone and a hot pink cast last year at this time. Now he enjoys staying out of trouble from on top of his mom's desk.
Axel & Harry are two of the sweetest & mellowest pups here. Axel (on the left) is also the largest at nearly 100 lbs!
Trailblazer Max was the first cat in the office, click on his picture to read about how he became "Office Max"
Then came Kona!
Then Ralph! Who travels with a lint roller always.
Foster kitten E.T. helps with the blogging.
Foster Kitten Crookshanks plotting his escape from the foster kitten corral.
Pierre! He was feeling a little under the weather so he needed an extra comfy place to nap.
Juno was adopted from the Downey Shelter and is hanging out for a couple weeks while her parents move into a new apartment that accepts pets.
How many weeks EXACTLY? Rufus would like to know...
Sadie is our newest employee, she wrote the policy blog on dogs in the workplace and included some cute snaps of her and Snickers wrestling. Click on her picture to check it out.
Mabel & Boo are two of the oldest employees here and have been immortalized in our mural by Justin Mitchell.
Rio has a lot of energy so it's lucky for his mom that he can run and play with all the other dogs. 4 on the floor is always a challenge with this one.
Chester doesn't mind sharing his space with some foster kittens as long as the treats keep coming.
Penelope was adopted from the West L.A. shelter during our Save a Stray adoption event in 2010. Years later her mom came to work for Found Animals! Penelope knows where all the good napping couches are.
Well, that concludes our photo album for Take Your Dog to Work Day 2012! We hope you enjoyed it. If you are interested in working in our pet friendly office, check out our available pet jobs in the employment section on our website.
